A small team that
runs the whole job.
Bimar Properties is run out of Watford by Mariglen Bicaku and a tight crew of trusted trades. We take on a small number of jobs at once, on purpose. It means the same faces turn up every morning, the site is tidy at the end of every day, and the person you spoke to at the quote is the person you call mid-build.
Most of our work is referred. The reviews you'll find on Google and on this page came from neighbours of jobs we'd already finished. Word of mouth keeps the standard honest, because shortcuts find you out the moment the next person walks past.
We work right the way through: groundwork, brick and steel, roofing, glazing, plastering, second fix, decoration. Trades that don't sit in-house, like architectural drawings or structural engineering, we coordinate so you only ever have one number to call.

If drawings or Building Control are needed we coordinate with the architect and engineer so everything lines up before tools arrive.

One project lead, one team, one site WhatsApp group. You see progress every day, photos at the end of each week.

Snagging & handover
We don't disappear at the last brick. We walk the finished work with you, list anything to tidy, and come back to fix it.
Punctual, respectful, kept the workspace clean throughout the project.
